Garage/Loft Addition

 

Pringle Construction played an important role alongside multiple trades in the addition project of this Elton, MB acreage home.

 

 

Stone veneer was installed on the unfinished sections the following spring (Covid material shortage)

A 1908 masonry structure gets a full-gut remodel

 

We took on this 2.5 story remodel in 2022, completely removing and upgrading utilities, materials and finishes to meet current building codes and standards. Project to be completed in phases; check back for finished photos!

Pringle Construction was built on bathroom remodels, over the years we have refined and perfected our process. Self-performing 100% of our carpentry and tilework means no one is left holding the bag on sub-par prep work; we are fully in control of the space and therefore in control of the quality that is being handed over to the client
